Track Technician
Christer Johansson
Christer works as a track technician at Aarsleff Rail. He began his career at Anker in 1999 and has therefore been part of the company from the very beginning of what is now Aarsleff Rail AB. Christer primarily works on maintenance projects and has been involved in both small and large-scale assignments.
In recent years, he has contributed to several projects in Gothenburg, including Hisingsbron, Ringön Depot, and Korsvägen, which was reconstructed in preparation for the West Link project. Throughout these projects, he has been part of tight-knit teams that have worked intensively toward shared goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Christer describes having a strong and open relationship with his supervisors. He also finds it easy to communicate with colleagues and visit the office, despite spending most of his time out in the field. He values that Aarsleff Rail AB brings the entire company together twice a year to share experiences and discuss key events. “This way, you get to know everyone in the company, and the connection between management and production becomes much closer.”
