Norm and Condition-Based Maintenance
Daily maintenance is carried out based on established norms to ensure safe and cost-effective operation according to defined quality standards. This includes manual line inspections, point control and lubrication, measurement of track geometry, rail wear, and catenary wire position and wear.
Condition-based maintenance involves replacing faulty components or taking corrective actions when standard maintenance no longer ensures proper functioning. Aarsleff Rail also provides service response teams that cover the system’s full 20-hour daily operating period to respond quickly to faults and disruptions.
