Example: Site Manager Intern 

As a student in engineering, construction management, or mechanical engineering, you can gain practical experience as a site manager intern at Aarsleff Rail. In this role, you will be involved in project management on a construction site, gaining hands-on experience in: 

• Workforce coordination 

• Daily task planning 

• Managing in-house production and subcontractors 

You will also gain insight into safety, quality assurance, and ensuring efficient progress on-site. 

Example: HR Intern 

As a student in HRM, communication, psychology, business administration, or related fields, you can gain practical experience as an HR intern at Aarsleff Rail. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of HR work, such as:

• Onboarding of new employees 

Tasks may include creating content for social media, writing job advertisements, and supporting our managers in onboarding new staff. You will also gain insight into internal communication and work on ad hoc tasks that provide a broad understanding of the HR field.
